Terms & Conditions

Applicable To: All learners, mentors, institutions, and partners engaging with any product, service, or program offered under the SkillsWow brand.


1. Digital Product & Training Nature

All courses, training programs, live sessions, toolkits, and digital materials provided by SkillsWow Global Ventures are intellectual property assets and classified as non-tangible digital products. Once access is granted, they are deemed delivered.

  • Access may include recorded sessions, slides, LMS portals, project tools, certification materials, downloadable content, and WhatsApp/Telegram groups.

  • By purchasing a course or service, you agree that it is non-cancellable and non-refundable, unless clearly stated otherwise under special terms.

2. No Refund & Limited Exception

Refunds are not issued under any of the following conditions:

  • Learner changes mind after payment

  • Learner is unable to attend sessions

  • Learner is dissatisfied after accessing any material

  • EMI payment is cancelled or defaulted after access is granted

Refund is only allowed under strict exceptions:

  • Duplicate payment for the same course from the same learner (email proof & transaction ID required within 48 hours)

  • Technical failure during access (must be reported within 24 hours and verified by our support team)

3. Payment Methods & EMI Responsibility

India

  • Payments via Razorpay (including UPI, NetBanking, Credit Card, No-Cost EMI)

  • EMI responsibility lies entirely with the learner and the loan/BNPL provider

  • SkillsWow is not liable for EMI disputes, defaults, penalties, or reminders — please resolve directly with Razorpay or the financial institution

International

  • Payments via PayPal (one-time or PayPal Credit)

  • Any currency conversions, bank charges, or EMI repayment is solely the responsibility of the learner

All EMI programs receive full course access from Day 1. Refund/cancellation is not possible once activated.


4. Corporate, Group & Offline Training

  • Custom corporate training, bulk enrollments, or offline workshops are billed as service contracts

  • Once the first session is delivered or access is given to any member of the group, no refund or cancellation is possible

  • Rescheduling of dates or trainers is allowed only under mutual agreement with at least 5 working days' notice

5. Certification Policy

To be eligible for certification, learners must:

  • Complete 100% of the course modules or assignments

  • Pass any MCQ or practical assessments (as defined per course)

  • Be present in mandatory live sessions (for instructor-led programs)

  • Fulfill the payment (EMI or full) in entirety

We reserve the right to withhold or cancel a certificate if false information, misuse, or misconduct is discovered.


6. Code of Conduct

All learners and mentors are expected to:

  • Respect instructors and peers during live or group sessions

  • Avoid plagiarism or unauthorized sharing of training material

  • Use course access only for personal and non-commercial purposes

  • Refrain from harassing, spamming, or attempting to resell course content

Violation may lead to account termination without warning or refund.


7. Intellectual Property Rights

All logos, slides, course frameworks, live session content, assignments, and bonus material are copyrighted under SkillsWow Global Ventures.

  • You may not reproduce, resell, share, distribute, or host the materials elsewhere

  • Legal action may be taken for unauthorized use of our IP


8. Changes to Program, Trainer, or Platform

SkillsWow reserves the right to:

  • Modify course content, trainers, session timings, or delivery platforms (e.g., from Zoom to YouTube)

  • Make updates based on industry trends or internal curriculum upgrades

  • Notify learners in advance, wherever possible

These changes do not qualify for refunds.


9. Limitation of Liability

SkillsWow does not guarantee job placement, salary increase, or specific business outcomes. While we offer internship support, live projects, and employer alignment, outcomes depend on learner performance and market conditions.


10. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in any SkillsWow product or service, you agree to:

  • Be legally bound by the terms in this document

  • Not dispute, chargeback, or misrepresent your intent post-payment

  • Follow fair use, data, and conduct guidelines
